1. About ExamPilot

ExamPilot ("we", "us") provides AI-assisted revision tools for students. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms.

2. Your account

You must be at least 13 years old (or 16 in the EU/UK without parental consent). You are responsible for keeping your credentials safe and for activity on your account.

3. Acceptable use

Don't upload content you don't have rights to, attempt to break the service, scrape it, resell access, or use it to cheat on supervised assessments.

4. Subscriptions & payment

Paid plans are billed monthly. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime in Account → Billing. See our refund policy.

4a. Merchant of Record

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com Market Ltd. Paddle is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. For billing questions, refunds, or to manage your subscription, visit paddle.net.

5. AI output

AI-generated summaries, flashcards and quizzes may contain errors. Always verify important facts against your own materials before relying on them for exams.

6. Your content

You keep ownership of notes you upload. You grant us a limited licence to process them so we can generate study material for you. We do not use your content to train AI models.

7. Termination

You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend access for breach of these terms.

8. Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim is limited to fees you paid in the prior 12 months.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced by email or in-app.

10. Contact

Questions? Email support@exampilot.app. Billing questions are handled by Paddle at paddle.net.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
