Free trial
Every paid plan starts with a 3-day free trial. We don't charge you during the trial. Cancel anytime in Account → Billing before it ends and you won't be billed.
Monthly subscriptions
Subscriptions renew automatically each month. Cancel anytime to stop future renewals — you keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
14-day refund (UK/EU)
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee. You can request a full refund within 14 days of your first paid charge if you haven't substantially used the service.
How to request a refund
Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund or manage your subscription, visit paddle.net and sign in with the email you used at checkout. You can also email support@exampilot.app and we'll help you through it.
Failed payments
If a renewal fails, premium features pause until you update your card. Your data is never deleted.
