Who we are
ExamPilot ("we", "us") is the data controller for personal data processed through this service. Contact: privacy@exampilot.app.
What we collect
Account info (email, name), the notes you upload, study activity (cards reviewed, quiz scores), and billing data handled by our payment provider.
How we use it
To run the service, generate your study materials with AI, personalise your study plan, send transactional emails (receipts, password resets), and improve the product. We do not sell personal data.
AI processing
Notes you upload are sent to our AI providers (Google, OpenAI) under their no-training-by-default APIs solely to generate your study pack. We do not allow them to use your data to train models.
Payments
Payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd, our Merchant of Record. Paddle collects billing and tax information directly and we never see your full card details. See Paddle's privacy policy.
Who we share data with
Hosting and infrastructure providers (Supabase, Cloudflare), our AI providers (Google, OpenAI) for generating your study materials, Paddle as our Merchant of Record for payments and tax, and authorities where required by law.
Cookies
We use essential cookies to keep you signed in, and optional analytics cookies that you can decline via the banner.
Your rights
You can access, export or delete your data at any time from Account, or by emailing privacy@exampilot.app. EU/UK users have GDPR rights including access, rectification, erasure, restriction and portability.
Retention
We keep your data while your account is active and delete it within 30 days of account deletion, except where required by law.
