How does the 3-day free trial work?
Pick Pro or Premium and you get 3 days of full access. We don't charge anything until the trial ends. Cancel anytime in Account → Billing before then and you won't be billed.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from Account → Billing. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for, then we stop charging you.
What's the difference between Pro and Premium?
Pro gives you unlimited uploads, flashcards, quizzes and the AI tutor. Premium upgrades the AI tutor to a smarter GPT-5 model for stronger, more nuanced answers.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes — 14-day money-back guarantee on your first paid charge if you haven't substantially used the service. Request it from Account → Billing or email support@exampilot.app.
Does ExamPilot grade or assess students?
ExamPilot provides AI-assisted feedback on practice activities to help students revise. This feedback is informal and for personal study purposes only. ExamPilot does not issue official grades, qualifications or academic assessments, and its AI does not make admissions, eligibility or other consequential decisions about students.
Are ExamPilot's AI scores official grades?
No. Any scores or progress indicators shown by ExamPilot are study aids based on activity within the platform. They are designed to help users understand their revision progress and are not official academic grades or assessments.
Is my data used to train AI models?
No. Your notes are sent to AI providers under their no-training-by-default APIs solely to generate your study pack.
